Carehop – COVID-19 Response

Caring Through COVID

The caregivers at Carehop understand that we’re in the middle of unprecedented times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and respect your concerns about keeping your loved ones safe.

Since measures to halt the spread of COVID-19 were introduced in Ontario last March, the way we interact with one another – especially the elderly – has dramatically changed. Our efforts ensure we prevent the spread of COVID 19 while providing care to seniors in need through the following action plan:

1) We provide full PPEs to all caregivers, including masks, gloves and hand sanitizer.

2) We conduct daily and point of care screening and routine test.

2) We keep consistent caregivers and minimize the number of caregivers for each client.

Through it all, our Care Bunnies are here to help!

One-on-One Care

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we recommend 1-on-1 care. Our caregiver will provide all the care needed, including running errands, cooking meals, personal care, housekeeping and accompanying to medical appointments. We can even provide live-in care to further reduce exposure to viruses.

If you have any questions or concerns at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We believe we’re all in this together – and together we’ll get through this!
