Kalsang is always available and responds immediately to call-outs after reviewing assignments thoroughly. She willingly takes on any and all clients, whether the need is last-minute, a one-time request, or a short shift. Her flexibility allows her to adapt seamlessly to each client’s unique needs and requests. With years of consistent service at CareHop, Kalsang has demonstrated the ability to work effectively with all types of clients. She consistently goes above and beyond when clients ask for additional support and maintains a high standard of reliability and care.
