We are thrilled to have Natasha Cardoso back to lead our community team (cleaners, CSWs, and PSWs) within family-funded care. Natasha was one of our awesome CSW caregivers more than six years ago. She went on to Sunnybrook Hospital and Southlake Hospital to advance her career and develop her skills. She is now returning to CareHop as the new Community Care Manager, effective September 10, 2024 to bring person-centred care to life and deliver exceptional care to all our family-funded community clients. Fun facts about Natasha: she is a foodie and loves cooking and knitting.
